8:00 AM pickup from your Marrakech hotel. Drive through argan forests and coastal landscapes to Essaouira (≈ 3 hours), arriving around 11:00. Explore the UNESCO-listed medina, walk the Skala de la Kasbah ocean fortress with its historic bronze cannons, browse the fishing port, and stroll the blue-and-white streets. Enjoy a fresh seafood lunch at a local port restaurant. After the visit, continue the long scenic drive to Fes (≈ 7h30–8h30). Arrive in the evening and check in to your traditional riad in the medina. Total driving: ≈ 10–11 hours.

A full day dedicated to Fes — Morocco's spiritual and cultural capital. Explore Fes el Bali, the largest car-free urban area in the world. Visit Al Quaraouiyine, the oldest university in the world (founded 859 AD); the magnificently decorated Bou Inania Madrasa; and the world-famous Chouara Tanneries where leather is still dyed using century-old techniques. Wander through the artisan quarters of woodworkers, coppersmiths, and ceramicists. Enjoy a traditional Moroccan lunch in a riad or rooftop restaurant overlooking the medina. Afternoon free for souk exploration and the optional panoramic viewpoint over Fes. Overnight in Fes.
3Day 3Fes – Ifrane – Cedar Forest – Marrakech

Early departure from Fes. Drive through the Middle Atlas Mountains to Ifrane (≈ 1h30–2h) — the 'Little Switzerland of Morocco', known for its European-style streets, manicured gardens, and fresh mountain air. Visit the iconic Lion Stone and enjoy the scenic surroundings. Continue through fragrant cedar forests where Barbary macaques roam freely alongside the road. Lunch in the Ifrane area or at a mountain restaurant along the way. Continue the drive back to Marrakech (≈ 5–5h30), arriving in the evening — marking the end of your Historical Morocco Discovery. Total driving: ≈ 6h30–7h30.
